  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos to help us file a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
